Greg House and Lisa Cuddy have hidden a relationship for months. And on New Year's Eve, 2006, half the hospital staff gathered for a special party which turned out to be the wedding no one had expected. And for the first two weeks of 2007, the hospital will be short two doctors, as the newlyweds take their honeymoon.

After failing in his job of watching over Greg, James is now reassigned to looking after Cassandra. As he watches over her, to bring her back to the light, the pair have grown close. Having given up his Angelic powers, he has no way to fight the Archdemon who haunts him.
